We are here to deal with members technical issues, there is no limit within reason to the number of free queries per member in any 12 month period. TIMCON and NAPD members automatically become members of Palletlink through their subscriptions to those associations and should have already been supplied with a Palletlink website password (as well as a TIMCON or NAPD website password.)
